Occupational Shift

I love working at my current company. I’m fairly sure its one of the best jobs I’ll ever have.

That being said, its time to move on.

After a frightening first interview and life questioning second interview, I have been offered a job at a company in the middle of the city. Smack dab in the middle of where I always wanted to work. I will no longer be doing network administration, though. The position is strictly a computer programming job. I have mixed feelings about the entire situation, but I’d be ashamed of myself if I passed judgement without ever knowing what it was like in the first place.

I have accepted the job with a 65% increase in what I am currently being paid. My last full day at my, now, old job will be November 4th. The real challenge will be trying to get everyone to keep in touch with me.

One day at a time.

  1. It was the right move at the right time. Keep the attitude you’ve always presented along with your sense of humor and happiness and comfort will seek
    you.
We’ll stay in touch! There’s not too many people that laugh at my stupid jokes
or who calm me down when I’m going overboard.

    Peace!
