The upgrade ones, Yes.
It doesn’t mention anything about breaking stuff until you hit the support forums.

Retain? its all web-based.

well there’s the problem!
though in reality It’s probably just laziness on the part of the developers, they got tired of testing for every case so they released it to have it tested for them. I do it all the time.

Actually, I’m pretty sure I know what the problem is, but certain factors of my hosting seem to make me an unusual case.
If I have time this weekend I’ll have to make some changes again to at least get most of the rest of the site up again.
